Residential facilities can not:

• Care for a resident who is a threat to themselves or to others
• Administer (assist with) Oxygen
• Provide wound care
• Provide care for a colostomy, N/g tube or any invasive procedure
• Give injections
• Provide on-going care for a bed bound resident
• Restrain in any manner to prevent falls.
